Share your live location with a link
Let anyone follow you for a few hours, no app needed.
A share link lets someone outside your circle see your live location in a web browser.
- 1On the map, tap the share button.
- 2Choose how long the link lasts: 1, 4, 8 or 24 hours.
- 3Tap Start sharing and send the link.
Anyone with the link can see your live location, name, photo and battery status until it expires.
Stop a link early
Open Menu → My share links. Each link shows when it expires and how many times it was viewed. Tap Stop sharing to end it now.
