Someone's location isn't updating

1. 1Check they haven't paused sharing. Their row will say Location paused since a time.
2. 2On their phone, open Menu → Location permission and make sure it says Allowed all the time.
3. 3Work through the Keep sharing reliable checklist and their phone-brand settings.
4. 4Make sure the phone has a data connection and location is turned on.
5. 5Open ZoneCircle once. This restarts tracking if the phone stopped it.

Signing out does not stop sharing. The phone stays paired and keeps sharing until sharing is paused or the app is removed.
