Settings for Samsung, Xiaomi, OPPO, Vivo and Huawei

Some phones restrict background apps by default. That can quietly stop location sharing even when permission is granted. Find your phone below.

Samsung

Settings → Battery → Background usage limits → Never sleeping apps → add ZoneCircle.

Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO

• Security → Autostart → turn on ZoneCircle.
• Settings → Apps → ZoneCircle → Battery saver → No restrictions.

OPPO, realme and OnePlus

Settings → Battery → App battery management → ZoneCircle → allow background activity and auto-launch.

Vivo

Settings → Battery → Background power consumption management → ZoneCircle → Allow. Then turn on Autostart.

Huawei and Honor

Settings → Battery → App launch → ZoneCircle → turn off Manage automatically, then turn on Auto-launch, Secondary launch and Run in background.

Any phone

Open recent apps and lock ZoneCircle's card: pull it down or tap its menu until a padlock appears.
